Cleaning tips for your bathroom

I know people who absolutely hate cleaning up their bathroom, but I never could understand their repulsion. I have always thought that cleaning up the bathroom is among one of the easiest tasks when it comes to the different chores we have to do around the house. In fact, I would gladly clean the bathroom than do the dishes. Now that’s a horrible job – doing the dishes.

Anyway, since I believe cleaning the bathroom is one of the easiest tasks there are, I am going to give you a couple of tips that will hopefully make things easier for you. First of all, one of the most important things when it comes to cleaning the bathroom is the fact that you need to maintain it clean. If you just clean once a month or not even once a month, then you are definitely going to have a hard time cleaning it. But if you take some steps every day, it will be much easier and you won’t have to lose so much time on cleaning up.

So here’s what you need to do in order to clean your bathroom quicker and more effective.

  1. When it comes to the toilet bow, there’s really no need for scrubbing at all. All you need to do is pour some toilet cleaning product in it in the evening, just before you get to sleep. This way, the cleaning product will do its job while you sleep. How cool is that? When you wake up in the morning, you only need to flush and you will get a clean, germ free toilet bowl. And that’s without scrubbing anything, without crawling on all four with nasty gloves on your hands and, most importantly, without wasting any time.

2. The second tip I am going to give you is related to the walls of your shower cabin. If you don’t clean them properly, they will end up covered in water stains and they will seem dirty all the time. Well, they will actually be dirty. In order to fix this, you just need to clean them with a mix of lemon juice and baking soda from time to time. I usually do this once every couple of weeks, but you can do it even less often if you just remember to wipe the walls after you take a shower.

… All you need to do is spray some cleaning product on the glass walls after you take a shower and clean them up then just wipe off the water so that you don’t end up with those nasty water stains.

This takes about five minutes every day and it’s definitely worth if it means that you don’t have to waste whole hours out of a day. You can do the same thing if you have a bathtub. Just clean it properly after you use it and you will make things much easier for yourself.
