Important User Information

1.  You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.  You must register to use most of the features of this site.

2.  Once registered, LOG IN, this sets a cookie so you do not have to enter your user name and password for features that you choose to use.

3.    Click on "ACCOUNTS"  in the header at the top of the page.  This will take you to your user control panel.  In your user control panel you will find several useful features.

4.  Some auctions will be open and you may bid on them.  Some auctions may be PREVIEWS with bidding to begin in a short time.

5.  Preview auctions will open for bids in a short time.  However, you may purchase a preview  item by clicking on the instant purchase button, if there is one, even before the auction is open for bids.

6.  All auction purchases will be displayed in your control panel under accounts.   A total will be displayed to let you know exactly how much money you have spent.   You may pay for your purchases by clicking the Pay by PayPal button in your account statement.  You may call Blue Iris  at 509-921-1001 with your credit card number if you chose not to use PayPal.

7.  Payment for items purchased in the auction must be received with in two (2) days of auction close. 

8.  Blue Iris will hold your purchases, if you wish, until you have made several purchases to ship in one box.  We will hold your purchases for a maximum of 7 days.  Blue Iris will guarantee the health of your purchases while under our care for a maximum of 7 days. 

9.  If you fail to purchase the items you win in the auction, Blue Iris will re-list the items for sale in another auction.  We may offer the item to the next highest bidder or choose not to sell the item, at our discretion, and you may be banned from conducting business on the Blue Iris Auction Site.  Blue Iris reserves the right to seek satisfaction under any and all laws that may apply at the time.

10. All Koi offered for sale on our auction site are sold AS IS.  Each koi has been inspected by us and appears to be healthy and free of defects to the best of our ability to detect them. 
All sizes given are approximate. 

11.   Auction prices DO NOT include shipping. 

12.  We guarantee live arrival of the koi and goldfish purchased on our auction if FedEx Priority shipping is used.  You may choose other shipping methods, however, we cannot accept responsibilitly for any losses.
