Guarantee and Shipping Information

     Blue Iris Water Gardens will ship fish via airfreight (airport to airport)or UPS overnight.  We guarantee live arrival. You may choose a less expensive shipping method, however, we cannot be responsible for any losses.

If, in the event that a fish does not arrive alive and all requirements have been met, Blue Iris Water Gardens will credit the amount of the fish purchase to your auction account. The credited amount will be shown in your auction account and may be used towards any future auction purchases.  Proof of loss is required (sorry but there are some dishonest people out there), in the form of pictures of lost fish with the tails removed.  These pictures must be received by us, via email,within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Blue Iris Water Gardens is not responsible for loss due to delayed flights, delayed delivery, loss by shipper or any other problem incurred by the shipping contractor. Any claims of this nature must be made with the shipping contractor. Some shippers do not offer insurance on live animals. Sometimes shipping damage may occur like split fins. It does not happen often but when it does Blue Iris Watergardens cannot be held responsible.   Blue Iris will advise you of all pertinent information such as shipping and arrival date, airbill number, etc,before shipping your order. 

Payment must be made within two (2) days of auction end. We will hold your auction purchases that have been paid for up to 7 days if you wish.
